1. General Information
At Haleia Jewelry, we are committed to offering high-quality 18K gold jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure its authenticity and perfect condition. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following return, exchange, and warranty policies.
2. Returns
🔹 How long do you have to request a return?
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
🔹 Return Conditions:
✅ The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
✅ It must not have been tested with acid, exposed to fire, crushed, or misused in any way.
✅ Refunds will be issued as store credit.
🔹 Who pays for shipping?
✅ If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product or manufacturing defect), we cover the return shipping costs.
✅ If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size selection, etc.), the customer covers the shipping costs.
⚠️ Items that CANNOT be returned:
❌ Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
❌ Sale or discounted items (final sale).
❌ Jewelry that has been used or damaged after delivery.
3. Exchanges
🔹 How long do you have to request an exchange?
You can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
🔹 Exchange Conditions:
✅ The jewel must be unused and in its original packaging.
✅ It must not have been tested with acid, exposed to fire, crushed, or misused in any way.
🔹 Who pays for shipping?
✅ The customer covers the cost of returning the product and shipping the new item.
✅ If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong product sent), we will cover all shipping costs.
⚠️ Items that CANNOT be exchanged:
❌ Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
❌ Sale or discounted items.
❌ Jewelry that has been used or damaged after delivery.
4. Warranty
🔹 How long does the warranty last?
We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
🔹 What does the warranty cover?
✅ Structural defects such as faulty clasps, weak soldering, or irregularities in the design.
✅ If your claim is approved, Haleia Jewelry will cover the shipping costs and repair or replace the item.
⚠️ What is NOT covered by the warranty?
❌ Damage caused by misuse, impacts, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or acids.
❌ Loss of stones or zircons (all are verified before shipping).
❌ Damage caused by third parties (external jewelers, unauthorized repairs, etc.).
📌 If the damage is not covered under warranty, you may request a paid repair service.
5. Gold Testing & Refinishing
⚠️ Important Notice ⚠️
❌ If you perform an acid test on the jewelry, the warranty is void, as this outdated method can damage the piece.
✅ If you wish to verify the authenticity of your jewelry, we recommend using a spectrometry sensor, which accurately measures the gold content.
🔹 If your jewelry has been tested with acid, we can help you refinish it.
📌 The cost of polishing and the spectrometry test must be covered by the customer.
📌 The customer is also responsible for shipping costs.
📌 We will send a video showing the spectrometry test results on the refinished jewelry, with the following gold content reference values:

18K Gold: Between 72% and 73% gold.

Italian 18K Gold: 75% gold.
6. How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Warranty Claim
🔹 Follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact us via customer service with photos and a description of the issue.
2️⃣ We will review your case and send instructions on how to return the item.
3️⃣ The customer must ship the item within 2 business days after receiving return instructions.
4️⃣ Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and provide a resolution within 2 to 5 business days.
⚠️ Important Notes:
✅ We record videos of our packaging and shipping process to ensure all products leave in perfect condition.
✅ If your package arrives damaged, report it immediately and DO NOT wear the jewelry, as this will void the warranty.
